About me
I’m a Strategic Policy and Security Consultant focused on Ukraine’s recovery, EU cooperation, and regional resilience.
I specialise in EU–Ukraine cooperation, governance in conflict-affected regions, and energy and raw materials policy, working across policy development, institutional reform, and strategic security analysis.
My work focuses on producing forward-looking insights to support Ukraine’s recovery and European integration. I write on topics such as reconstruction, critical raw materials, conflict dynamics, energy security, and regional diplomacy—advising international stakeholders through research, policy briefs, and strategic recommendations.
I founded UAinFocus in 2019 as an independent initiative to connect policymakers and analysts around Ukraine’s future. Since then, the platform has conducted over 100 expert interviews and continues to spotlight strategic trends shaping Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
I hold an LL.M. in Global Environment and Climate Change Law (Chevening Scholar), a Double Master’s in European Studies (Erasmus Mundus Scholar), and degrees in International Law and International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. I’m fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
