He is a Member of the International Nuclear Risk Assessment Group (INRAG). Paul served as a Secretary to the UK Government scientific advisory Committee Examining Radiation Risks from Internal Emitters (CERRIE) and led a European Environment Agency (EEA) response to Fukushima.
